The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items.

Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received an incorrect order that does not match your purchase.

Important Notes:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return delivery fees, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds for online payments made via credit card can only be credited back to the original card and cannot be issued as cash. Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank’s policies.
