Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days

All Other Locations in Egypt: 3–5 business days

Delivery Fee:
Fixed delivery fee of 100 EGP across Egypt (calculated automatically at checkout).

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery fees may apply for reshipment.
